The Greatest Showman is the gift that kept on a giving – a film so packed full of musical numbers it was hard to pick out our favourite. But we have, and it’s ‘A Million Dreams’, as originally sung by Michelle Williams.

You didn’t think we’d miss out quite possibly THE most iconic kids karaoke song in recent years did you? No, we thought not. Coming in hot – or should that be cold – at number 9 is ‘Let It Go’, the earworm from Frozen the movie which we’ve only just stopped humming along to ourselves to be honest.

10. Sara Bareilles – Brave

We stan a positive message in a song. And they don’t get more uplifting than Sara Bareilles’ ‘Brave’, which is about the integrity and beauty in being who you are. It was inspired by her close friend who was struggling with coming out.

 

11. John Legend – All Of Me

Of course family man John Legend makes it onto our easy karaoke songs for kids list. All Of Me is one of our all-time most sung songs, a beautiful tribute to his wife Chrissy Teigan.

 

12. TONES AND I – DANCE MONKEY

‘Dance Monkey’ is without a doubt one of the most popular tracks in recent years, topping the official singles charts in over 30 countries and breaking record after record globally. But did you know that Tones wrote the song when she was a busker playing for tips at Byron Bay in Australia?

From Dancing Monkeys to Dancing Queens, this song is one for all the family to enjoy! ABBA’s Dancing Queen is a timeless karaoke classic.

Our boy Ed has so many good songs, it was impossible to pick just one for our easy karaoke songs for kids list, but fear not, we managed. After all, there was a track that was just ‘perfect’ for it (geddit?)

Another one from the ‘when our favourite popstars were young’ vaults, ‘This Is Me’ is taken from the 2008 film Camp Rock, when Demi Lovato and Joe Jonas were all wide eyed and bushy tailed. Awww.

With a bouncy melody, fun lyrics and a sunny vibe about it, this song is perfect for all the family to enjoy.
