Ladies grab your mates, grab your mics. We’re running through the best karaoke duets for females in celebration of International Women’s Day!

Speaking about the song, Ashnikko describes it as “a sexy song I wrote about a girl I had a crush on. It seems to be a recurring theme that I always fall for girls who are dating someone else.”

9. Noah Cyrus feat. MØ – We Are…
From one anthem to another, ‘We Are…’ by Noah Cyrus and Danish artist MØ is number 9 on our best karaoke duets for females list. With lyrics like “Thank God it’s the weekend / (My squad) Got time, we can waste it / (Don’t know) Should we drive to the sunset or the fire? / (It’s like) We live in a bubble pretending it’s ’cause we are young” this is one to sing if you’re feeling the rage and want to let it all out.

18. Fifth Harmony feat. Meghan Trainor – Brave Honest Beautiful
Girls, grab your friends and gather round for the empowering pep talk anthem to end all empowering pep talk anthems by Fifth Harmony and Meghan Trainor. The clue is even in the track title, ‘Brave Honest Beautiful’. Sing it loud and proud!
19. Hayley Kiyoko feat. Kehlani – What I Need
‘What I Need’ is a queer anthem by two female powerhouses Hayley Kiyoko and Kehlani. Hayley not only produced the track but directed the video too, which depicts two friends in love, navigating their feelings around each other. You go, Kiyoko!
20. Charli XCX feat. Rita Ora – Doing It

24. Melanie Martinez ft. Tierra Whack – Copy Cat
In at number 24 is Melanie Martinez, with ‘Copy Cat’, a track off her 2020 EP After School, in which she collaborated Tierra Whack. When asked about working together, Tierra said that Melanie was “the sweetest, realest, most genuine person I’ve ever met. After dropping Whack World, she was one of the first people to reach out and immediately show love. So excited to share our new song together!” If that’s not sisterhood right there, we don’t know what is!
